Hoffy-Angels Reward Promotion
How to Qualify
The Reward period begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 11, 2026 (“Registration Period”). You may register for the Reward via online registration, as described below. Limit one (1) registration per person/email address/mail-in, regardless of method of registration. Additional registrations beyond the specified limit will be void. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for the Reward.
Purchase four (4) or more Hoffy (“Participating Products”) participating items in a single transaction at participating Cardenas Markets during the Registration Period, visit Reward-Offer.com, click on the “Registration” tab, filling in the on-line form and uploading a clear readable digital copy of your qualifying receipt (“Reward Qualifier”). The digital full receipt image must include the top and bottom of the receipt with the qualifying Hoffy purchase (image must be clear to be able to zoom on items) must be included with your electronic registration in order to qualify for the Hoffy-Angels Reward. All online registrations must be completed by 11:59pm PT on August 11, 2026. Any registrations that do not comply with the Content Restrictions or otherwise with these Official Rules and any that are removed or hidden are void and ineligible to win any prize.
You can also register by filling out a 3x5 card with your name, address, email, date of birth and phone number along with the original register receipt of the Hoffy qualifying purchase and mail it to “Hoffy-Angels Reward”, PO Box 6407, Garden Grove, CA 92846”. The 3x5 card and original register receipt must be together as a valid submission with a postmark no later than August 11, 2026 and received by August 14, 2026. Any registrations that do not comply with the Content Restrictions or otherwise with these Official Rules and any that are removed or hidden are void and ineligible to win any prize.
